Salary: £32,000 - 72,000 per year Requirements: Deep expertise across core Microsoft 365 applications, tenant management, and end-user services. An active Microsoft 365 Administrator certification is highly preferred. Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and iOS deployment within a corporate ecosystem. Proven experience providing VIP/white-glove support within a financial services, banking, insurance, or corporate broking environment. Prior experience with Apple Business Manager and ServiceNow is a distinct advantage. Responsibilities: Act as the technical authority for our Microsoft 365 estate, collaborating closely with our managed service providers. Help shape, improve, and deploy a modern workplace environment with zero legacy constraints. Lead and support critical projects including new service rollouts, estate optimization, and office expansions.
