The Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef Director / Multi site Executive Chef to lead a large‑scale, premium events and catering operation delivering over 800 events annually across multiple locations.
Based in Cardiff, this is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for culinary standards, kitchen operations, and team performance across a multi‑brand business. You will oversee a large, mobile brigade delivering high‑end food experiences across weddings, events, and venues.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a large team of chefs across multiple sites
* Oversee high‑volume, multi‑location event catering operations
* Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality food across all events
* Manage HACCP, food safety, and compliance standards
* Control purchasing, supplier relationships, and food costs
* Drive operational efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement
* Work closely with senior leadership to support growth and performance
About You
* Proven experience as Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Chef Director
* Strong background in events, high‑end catering, or large‑scale hospitality
* Experience managing multi‑site operations and large teams
* Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen systems
* Commercially aware with solid cost control experience
* A confident leader who can inspire and manage teams at scale
