We have an exciting vacancy for a Project Manager to join the Commercial team. In this role you will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, and delivering projects by defining scope, building schedules, managing resources, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
As a Project Manager, you will act as the central communication point between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, translating business goals into actionable plans and maintaining clear, consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle.
The Project Manager identifies and mitigates risks, manages issues and changes, facilitates decision‑making, and ensures governance standards are met. Ultimately, they lead cross‑functional teams, remove obstacles, maintain alignment, and drive the project toward successful outcomes that meet organisational objectives.
Please note this role is a 12-month temporary contract.
Your responsibilities as Project Manager will be:
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Lead cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities.
* Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed.
* Ensure quality standards and compliance are met.
* Contribute to the business-wide lessons learned process by sharing insights from project performance
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
* Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
* Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
* Evaluate project outcomes and document lessons learned.
* Ensure all deliverables are completed and signed off.
About you:
* Proven experience within a Project Manager role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Practical problem-solving skills to ensure effective project delivery.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and project management tools e.g. MS Project
* A strong desire to learn, develop, and progress toward a Senior Project Manager role.
PRINCE2 Foundation qualification required

* A base salary between £42,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
