About the Role:
We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our agency team, working across care homes throughout Hampshire. Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
* Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, nutrition, and hygiene.
* Promote dignity, choice, and independence for residents.
* Work effectively as part of a care team within care homes.
* Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as an HCA in care homes is desirable.
* A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt to different care home environments.
Documents required before starting work:
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
* Proof of address.
* Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence).
* Updated CV.
* Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
* Mandatory training certificates (e.g., Moving & Handling, Basic Life Support, Infection Control, etc.).
* References covering the last 2 years of employment.

Pay: £12.21-£14.04 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
