Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs
2. Assist in delivering tailored interventions focused on emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence-building
3. Support classroom activities to ensure every child can access learning
4. Help implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
5. Work collaboratively with teaching and SEND staff to monitor progress and adapt support

7. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and valued

8. A recent Psychology graduate with strong knowledge of child development or mental health
9. Someone passionate about supporting young children in mainstream education

13. Previous school, tutoring, or support experience is desirable but not essential
