Vehicle Sales Administrator required in Swindon.
1. Starting salary of £12.21 per hour (negotiable pending experience).
2. 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Sales Administrator with our client’s franchise-approved car dealer group at one of their dealerships based in Swindon.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing proactive support to the car sales and management teams in the function of processing car sales to the point of vehicle delivery to the customer. This will include vehicle registration and taxation via AFRL, raising invoices, maintaining vehicle files, and checking and preparing reports for internal and external use alongside other ad-hoc administration duties.
The successful Sales Administratorwould be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/Keyloop experience preferable). Previous experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator would be highly beneficial however, our client is willing to consider candidates with strong administration experience in another role within the motor trade or a similar sector. Relevant training will be provided to candidates without vehicle sales administration experience. A UK driving license with minimal points would be beneficial, but is not essential.
