Duties
Essential duties
* Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
* Maintain and organize office files (digital and physical) and records
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
* Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room booking and logistics
* Greet and assist visitors and handle general inquiries
* Support the planning and execution of university events and activities
* Perform data entry and maintain databases or CRM systems
* Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
* Assist with communications including email newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials
* Maintain consistent and reliable attendance

Requirements
Education Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Education Preferred
Associate or bachelor’s degree
Experience Required
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar/related role
Experience Preferred
* 1-3 years of related experience
Skills, Characteristics Required For Position
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
