Responsibilities
* Strategy Development: Work cross-functionally to plan, build, and execute the brand strategy with a 360-market activation plan; collaborate with marketing channel leads to identify growth opportunities and improve brand presence and customer acquisition while managing Cost of Sale.
* Sales Performance: Own the planning and delivery of regional budgets through campaign activations to ensure KPIs are achieved; identify ways to drive traffic to the site from existing and new channels.
* Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Brand, Supply & Demand, and marketing channels to align trade plans with stock position, forecasts, and brand strategy, ensuring profitability.
* Team Leadership: Develop and mentor the team, set objectives, provide feedback, and foster teamwork and collaboration.
* Reporting and Analysis: Own regular sales and metrics reporting; share insights on customer behavior and product trends to drive brand growth.
* Website Management: Oversee end-to-end site execution, campaigns, assets, and territory strategy; supervise junior team execution with marketing teams.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce or a relevant field.
* Strong commercial ability; numerically competent with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
* People management experience (mentoring or leading teams).
* Leadership that cultivates a motivated and efficient team through mentorship.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
