Role Overview
Oscar Enterprise is seeking a Business Development Manager to join a high-growth SaaS company serving clients in the hospitality sector. Based in Braintree, the company provides innovative hospitality solutions. They pride themselves on a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering solutions that are both effective and simple.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities. Your ability to understand client requirements and align them with solutions will be key to driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
The Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans
* Build and maintain successfully client relationships
* Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations
* Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales/business development
* Hospitality tech experience would be a plus
