What you’ll do on a typical day:
Ensure stock integrity and manage related KPIs across multiple contracts
* Develop best practice and standardisation of control processes with operational teams
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead stock-related performance improvements
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and audit governance
* Analyse data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience managing inventory and systems operations in a fast-moving environment
* Strong ERP & WMS knowledge, including implementation, and advanced Excel skills
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively
* Expertise in stock control, replenishment planning, and high SKU management
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
