The Role: CAD Designer
Experience in a similar AV/lighting / building services / M&E design role would be beneficial, however strong CAD skills and a forward-thinking attitude are key to this role.
We would welcome a recent design graduate with strong CAD skills that would like to grow with a company, shape the way that we move forward and work closely with the sales and design team to translate architects' drawings to reflect our lighting and AV designs.

What You'll Be Doing
• Interpret architectural drawings to produce AV and lighting layouts.
• Create detailed design drawings and documentation for installation.
• Work with sales, engineering, projects and installation teams to ensure systems are installed as designed.
• Liaise with customers on design approvals, updates and sign-off.
• Support the project team with technical queries during install.
About You
• Degree / HND / HNC in a relevant Design or Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Confident using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks or similar).
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams.
• Interest in AV, lighting, or smart home technology is a plus.
