We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to help us build the future of healthcare staffing technology at Flexzo Ai, part of the Healsgood Ai group. You’ll play a pivotal role in planning and managing development sprints, writing clear and actionable tickets, and driving our product roadmap forward with precision and insight. Flexzo Ai is transforming the way hospitals and healthcare organisations manage their workforce. Our platform combines compliance, recruitment and insourcing tools into one central AI-driven ecosystem – reducing NHS agency spend by up to 82% while improving quality and speed of deployment.

Own the full sprint planning lifecycle – from backlog refinement to retrospective analysis
Work closely with developers, QA and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Monitor and analyse sprint data to a granular level to identify delays or blockers early
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical or SaaS environment
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and sprint planning methodologies
Hands-on experience using Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management tools
Ability to translate product goals into logical, structured development plans
UK-based, ideally with access to Milton Keynes, but remote applicants are welcome
