Responsibilities
As a Remedial Plumber, you will:
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a personable and professional approach.
* Read and interpret site plans and schematics.
* Order and track materials and equipment for specific tasks.
* Maintain clear and concise records, including photographic evidence, ensuring all documentation meets company standards.
* Coordinate effectively and maintain strong customer-facing skills.
* Manage stock levels and ensure company property, including vans and tools, are well-maintained.Survey jobs and produce accurate quotations.
* Travel nationwide and occasionally stay overnight when required.
* Adhere to company standards, including wearing the uniform and maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, youll need:
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential).
* A full UK driving licence (essential).
* Experience with PASMA and IPAF (desirable).Heating pipework experience (desirable).
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
* Visiting commercial and industrial sites to carry out plumbing and water hygiene tasks.
* Collaborating with clients to ensure their water systems are safe and compliant.Managing your schedule effectively to meet tight deadlines.
