A progressive consultancy firm located in Kent is on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying team.
The Role of the Building Surveyor
The appointed Building Surveyor will be tasked with a diverse range of responsibilities. These duties include contract management, addressing dilapidations, managing party wall matters, and executing acquisition surveys.
Additionally, a pivotal aspect of the role involves mentoring and nurturing the development of junior team members within the Building Surveying division.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
* MRICS qualified ideally.
* 2+ years of PQE.
* RICS degree educated.
* Client focused and commericially minded.
* Collaborative approach and good teamwork.
* Management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
