Role: Lead Manager - Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)

We are supporting easyJet with the hire of a senior contractor to lead the setup and delivery of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role within a major UK airline, responsible for establishing a scalable, board-visible risk and compliance framework aligned with ESG, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive TPRM strategy, policy, and operating model
Develop tools, triage processes, and due diligence frameworks across the supplier base
Lead third-party risk assessments and integrate risk scoring into procurement systems
Build cross-functional alignment with Legal, Audit, Compliance, Sustainability, and Procurement
Define reporting lines to the AMB and Audit Committee, ensuring senior-level oversight
Create training materials, playbooks, and support internal capability uplift
Deliver a full programme handover to ensure long-term business adoption
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience delivering TPRM, supplier risk, or third-party governance frameworks
Strong background in procurement, risk, compliance, or ESG within regulated or complex industries
Comfortable designing policy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and working with board-level governance
Able to operate strategically, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver tangible outcomes in large matrix organisations
Experience with sustainability scoring tools (e.g. EcoVadis) and audit compliance desirable
