We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and friendly receptionist to join our small, close-knit team.
The successful candidate will be playing a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting the overall reception function so that patients are seen safely and swiftly and working closely with the small multidisciplinary clinic team
Overall Responsibilities are:
* Checking in patients on arrival.
* Preparing and setting up the clinics for the day.
* Opening or Closing the clinic.
* Printing doctors clinic schedules and preparing patient notes.
* Booking new consultations, follow up appointments and rescheduling patients.
* Cancellation of appointments as directed by the management team when needed
* End-of-day clinic responsibilities.
* Dealing with phone, email and face to face enquires.
Candidate Profile:
An accomplished team player with excellent communication skills, use of initiative and the ability to work at pace with a high level of accuracy. Good numeracy and administration skills are essential. A fast learner with experience in high-end customer services and an understanding of the importance of the patient journey.
