HR Advisor (Consultations)- Leeds
Salary up to £40,000 - 11 Weeks
Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering Company who are now looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial 11 weeks.
We’re looking for a confident HR Advisor to support a large-scale temporary site closure programme, working closely with HRBPs and a wider transformation team. This is a hands-on role which will report into the People Lead, as a HR Advisor you will be:
* Lead and support employee consultations relating to a temporary site closure
* Conduct high-volume 1:1 consultations and provide clear, consistent advice to employees throughout the consultation process
* Support the movement of alternative sites, ensuring people impacts are managed effectively
* Work closely with the Transformation team and HRBPs to deliver a smooth and compliant process
* Manage and support employees across two different contractual arrangements
* Create and maintain FAQs and guidance materials to support advisors and ensure consistent messaging
