Responsibilities
* Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally
* Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all fronts of house areas and equipment
* Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
* Liaise with kitchen team and conduct team briefing to ensure business runs effectively
* Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events
* To manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, health and safety regulations
* Assist contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookwork
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Qualifications
* Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a catering environment
* Focused on the front line
* Self‑motivated and able to work well unsupervised
* Previous experience within catering desirable
