Digital Project Manager – 3 Month Contract – Manchester (Hybrid) – Outside IR35
VIQU have partnered with an NHS client seeking a Digital Project Manager to support delivery of an upcoming Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) programme.
The role
The successful Digital Project Manager will support the rollout of AVT applications across the trust. You will work within the Trust's digital programme, coordinating pilots, demonstrations and phased deployments. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, working alongside internal BAs, technical teams, clinicians, and supplier PMs.
This role includes benefits realisation, supplier management, iterative rollout activity, and ensuring solutions work effectively within clinical and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead delivery of AVT workstreams across clinical and non-clinical settings.
2. Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation.
3. Coordinate Trust BAs, technical teams, clinical users, and external suppliers.
4. Face off to supplier delivery teams and PMs.
5. Support pilots, demonstrations, UAT, go-live and phased adoption.
6. Track and report on benefits realisation.
7. Ensure compliance with NHS IG, cyber and clinical safety requirements.
