* Salary £50,000 package
* 48 hours per week
* 3aa Rosette 40 cover restaurant
* Fully staffed kitchen (14)
* Fine Dining Tasting Menus with Wine Flights
* Banqueting of upto 125
* 5 – 10 weddings a year
* Serious hotel operator with huge amounts of progression
You will need to have had a stable a career – no job hopping – 1 – 2 years per role and at least worked at 3aa Rosette level.
