A well-established UK-based organic and sustainable food brand with a growing international presence.
Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and manufacturing accounts across various Europe
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships and understand local market trends
- Deliver against budgeted sales targets through strategic planning and promotion
- Champion the company’s brand ethos and values across international markets
- Coordinate all aspects of the customer relationship including sales planning, pricing,
promotions and marketing initiatives
- Travel regularly to client sites and trade shows in Europe
Responsible for managing international key accounts and driving sales growth across Northern Europe and Scandinavia, covering Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Austria
Proven track record in international B2B sales, ideally in the organic or natural food industry
- Highly numerate and confident in using data for analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish,
Italian are a strong advantage
- Able to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally attend trade shows
Circa £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
