SALES MANAGER – PROPERTY DEVELOPER (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 base (or more!) + commission (OTE £100,000+)

A leading London property developer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its onsite new homes sales team on a maternity cover basis.
This role sits at the heart of a large-scale, design-led residential development. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring a consistently strong customer journey from first enquiry through to completion.
This could be ideal for a traditional estate agency Sales Manager to make the move "client" side with a luxury London developer.
THE ROLE
* Lead, coach, and motivate the onsite sales team
* Deliver against sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives
* Manage agents, introducers, and external sales partners
* Oversee lead management, CRM accuracy, and reporting
* Support pricing strategy and pipeline management
* Champion customer experience across all touchpoints
* Ensure compliance across residential sales, AML, and legal processes

PACKAGE
* Base: £50,000-£55,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
* OTE: £100,000+
* Hours: Mon–Fri 9:30–6 + 2 Saturdays/month (10–5, day in lieu)
