Job Summary

Senior Finance / Property & Support Officer – Permanent (Grade C- £35,412‑£44,075) – Working 36.5 hours per week – Consultation grade subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review.

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Temporary Accommodation Support team within the Temporary Accommodation Service.


Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of Temporary Accommodation Support Officers.
* Ensure households in Temporary Accommodation are resident and supported to secure permanent housing.
* Work within a high‑pressure environment and make sound decisions under pressure.


Qualifications & Experience

* IT literate with experience in housing, finance or customer service management.
* Demonstrated resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong decision‑making skills and ability to manage a team.
