We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our toddler room. At BLS, we have a unique approach to the early‑years curriculum. * Craft and deliver engaging activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in our little stars aged 0‑5 years.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in the Early Years sector.
* Passionate and caring educator who thrives in a team.
* Knowledge of EYFS and play‑based learning.
* Relevant early‑years qualifications in accordance with current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent.
* Ideally, you must live within a 40‑minute commutable distance.
* Experience leading a team in an early‑years environment and managing a key group of children.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in leading.
* Empathetic, caring, and friendly.
* Excellent planning and organisation skills.
