Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator will assist the Senior Renewables Coordinator in managing heating, solar and electrical installation and maintenance activities. The role ensures timely delivery, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to ECO4 and other funding schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries related to solar and electrical projects.
* Schedule jobs with tenants and property managers.
* Coordinate planned works for the operations team.
* Liaise with installers, and subcontractors.
* Review job documentation for compliance with regulations and funding schemes.
* Maintain accurate job records in internal systems.
* Attend weekly progress meetings with the Senior Renewables Coordinator.
* Provide administrative and operational support as required.
Specific Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft 365.
* Ability to stay focused under pressure.
* Organised and detail-oriented.
* Familiarity with ECO4 and the relevant trades involved.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
