You will be joining a small team of this 3 Partner high street practice working from the firms Rustington office closely alongside a Probate Partner, a Fee Earner, and supported by 2 Legal Assistants.

The successful lawyer will be advising on personal Tax matters (IHT & CGT), dealing with Probate & Estate work, drafting Wills & LPAs, and ideally have some knowledge of Trusts and COP/deputyship work.
Individuals will need to be IT literate and have experience/be comfortable working with Case Management systems. xkybehq
