The Role Youll handle customer claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Arrange bookings, collections, and courtesy car allocations. Maintain accurate records and manage customer queries. Escalate any issues or complaints appropriately. About You Strong communication and organisational skills. Confident and professional telephone manner. Good attention to detail and ability to multitask. Computer literate and comfortable using databases. Desirable: Experience in claims, motor insurance, or body shop environments. Contact centre experience or knowledge of Advance Bodyshop System.
