As part of the busy transport operations team, your role will be to monitor and manage real-time location an status of the clients deliveries and collections. Specific Responsibilities and Objectives: * Monitor the real-time location and status of all deliveries and collections. * Address delays or disruptions promptly by coordinating with drivers and relevant departments. * Ensure timely dispatch and arrival of vehicles in line with planned schedules. * Provide proactive and accurate delivery/collection status to customers real time. * Maintain regular communication with shift managers to align on vehicle availability, driver status, and operational challenges. * Update shift managers on any incidents, route changes, or customer issues that may impact daily targets. * Support shift handovers by clearly documenting and communicating outstanding issues or follow-ups. * Utilise transport management software (TMS), GPS tracking system * Report any accidents as soon as possible and in compliance with the accident reporting procedure.
