Responsibilities
* Coordinate the Council’s Job Evaluation scheme, including preparing documentation for panels, managing the JE inbox, and liaising with managers to ensure smooth and timely evaluations.
* Support the honorarium process by reviewing requests, managing the inbox, and ensuring compliance with policy.
* Provide administrative support to the HR Data and Management Information service and the wider HR service.
