Your new company
Your new company are a Lloyd's Broker who pride themselves on offering a personalised approach to insurance services with a focus on providing product expertise and professional advice to their Clients. They specialise in a variety of insurance services and tailor solutions for every client and their needs. Due to expansion within their Construction team, a permanent position for an Account Handler has arisen. They are located in two offices. You would be based at one but would be expected to work at the other office from time to time.
Your new role
Your new role working as an Account Handler means you will be dealing with London Market Construction risks, so the heavier end includes demolition, concrete, waste, asbestos, scaffolders, roofers etc. Premiums range from tiny to over £1m. Experience using Acturis would be useful, and they are willing to train the rest as long as they are willing (and able) to be trained.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working as an Account Handler in London Market Construction risks is ideal but not essential. They are looking for someone with a good work ethic, a willingness to learn and be trained and a nice persona. A good grasp of English (grammar and vocabulary) is also important.
