This is a proactive telesales role focused on generating new business and converting opportunities into revenue. Key Duties & Responsibilities Making outbound sales calls per day to generate new business opportunities. Identify decision-makers, present services confidently, and convert leads into sales. Manage and develop a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems and email campaigns. Handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Prepare and issue quotations and follow up within 3–5 days to close deals. Build strong relationships with existing clients to secure renewals and repeat business. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and outcomes within the CRM system. Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate bookings and schedule inspections or training following successful sales. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to fulfil client requirements.
