This position will have responsibility for managing marketing across all channels, from content creation to handing over leads to the business development team.

Digital Marketing Executive responsibilities
* Work with the rest of the marketing team to plan, design, and create content for customer personas
* Design campaigns to increase awareness of products and services and generate leads
* Curate and manage target lists, recording uptake and engagement
* Gain a deep understanding of their customer base, market segments, and the wider electronics industry
* Manage marketing channels, written publications, website news, blog, and hosted video content
* Communicate regularly and proactively with the business development team and distributors to provide the resources they need
* Identify and explore additional channels and strategies to increase reach
Digital Marketing Executive requirements
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor content to a range of audiences
* Experience of B2B marketing, preferably to technical and engineering audiences
* Knowledge of analysis methods and tools to monitor and improve campaign performance such as conversion rates, ROI, and CTR
* Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns simultaneously, closely coordinated with other marketing and business development activity
* Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation tools
* Strong understanding from qualifications or experience of approaches to digital marketing and campaign management
* Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
* Knowledge of the electronics, technology or engineering industries is a plus
Salary Banding: £30,000 – £45,000 + benefits
