Steps Ahead Care & Support, established in 2009, is rated OUTSTANDING by CQC and specializes in providing support to those with acquired brain injury, spinal injuries, learning disabilities, and therapy-based support with behaviors that challenge. We offer bespoke packages to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and providing community-based and/or rehabilitation support.

As part of our nationwide expansion, we are recruiting a HR Advisor to support our Senior Management Team and be a key part of our growth.

This role requires a motivated individual capable of managing various tasks, with full training provided.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing admin support to care coordinators and managers
2. Offering telephone support to service users and support workers
3. Maintaining accurate information following confidentiality policies
4. Responding to correspondence
5. Maintaining paperwork and computer systems
6. Managing employee records and data entry
7. Handling general admin functions such as filing, photocopying, shredding, post management

Additional duties:

1. Producing HR correspondence
2. Organizing meetings and welcoming visitors
3. Assisting in event organization
4. Supporting recruitment activities including advert design, online system management, and query responses

Professionalism and confidentiality are essential, given the sensitive nature of our work.

This is a great opportunity to start a career in business administration within a growing organization, with potential training in health and social care sector upon NVQ completion.

To succeed, candidates should have:

* Strong communication skills and rapport-building ability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* GCSEs in Maths and English (A*-C / 4-9)
