We are looking for a highly professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team at The Retreat, Elcot Park.

You will:
* Support and lead the F&B team in absence of the Restaurant Manager.
* Ensure guest focus by being present on the floor.
* Develop your menu knowledge and keeping up to date with changes, including specials.
* Leading pre-service briefings to inform F&B team of their positions for service.
* Support in setting up and supervising events.
* Ensure that every team member has completed their compliance training.
* Ensure tier tests are taken by team members at the completion of their probationary period.
* Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health and Safety are being followed.
