The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Paid Media Project Manager to become the central coordination point within our Paid Media team. In this client-facing role, you will ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns across social, PPC, and programmatic channels. You’ll act as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and excellence in delivery. Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the primary project lead for all paid media campaigns, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and resourcing. ● Be the main point of contact for clients on campaign updates and project milestones. ● Work closely with our Paid Media team and our Creative team to ensure projects are executed to brief, on time, and within budget. ● Manage multiple clients simultaneously with precision and attention to detail. ● Own the workflow and tools that track progress, flag risks, and maintain team accountability. ● Translate client briefs into clear internal actions and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. ● Support new paid media opportunities, timelines, and deliverables during pitch or planning phases. ● Monitor and report on project performance and budget tracking to internal stakeholders and clients. ● Champion operational excellence within the Paid Media team, identifying opportunities for process improvements. What we are looking for: ● 3 years of experience in a digital, media, or advertising agency environment. ● Proven knowledge of multi-channel paid media campaigns (Social, PPC, Programmatic). ● Strong understanding of paid media campaign lifecycles and performance metrics. ● Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills; thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. ● Confident communicator who can manage expectations and influence stakeholders at all levels. ● Experience working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple concurrent projects. ● Proficiency with project management tools; we use Harvest, Forecast, Slack and G-Drive.
