As an Associate Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, preparing learning materials, and supporting students to achieve their full potential. You’ll work closely with curriculum teams to ensure continuity and quality of provision, even during periods of staff absence.
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, and ideally a teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one. Strong communication skills, a commitment to inclusive education, and the ability to adapt to different teaching contexts are essential.
