We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Teacher to join our dynamic team, working across a range of schools or long term or permanently with a school in Surrey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching their subject specialism and is looking for a long-term or permanent opportunity.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver engaging and informative lessons in your subject specialism according to the curriculum.
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to monitor and progress student performance.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
* Maintain discipline in the classroom and foster a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in regular meetings and professional development sessions.
* Provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and curriculum effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Fully qualified teacher status (QTS or QTLS).
* Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
* Strong knowledge of the relevant subject curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage and inspire students.
* Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs.
* Full right to work in the UK is required.
