About the Job: Assist with administration and support across a variety of clients, helping the company director manage time effectively. Provide support across the company as needed. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day logistics and diaries for high-profile clients and the Company Director. Assist with brand partnerships and corporate events, preparing clear client briefs and guiding clients through content creation. Take clear, concise meeting notes and circulate them. Ensure clients have easy access to necessary documents (contracts, payments, etc.). Keep client biographies and stats up to date on the company website and client media cards monthly. Track partnerships, broadcasts, and paid activities in the internal forecasting system. Raise invoices using Tagmin. Manage end-to-end brand deals, including contracts. Occasionally attend events/shoots with clients. Coordinate client logistics with agencies and partners, anticipating potential questions or concerns (e.g., tech requirements, preferred suppliers). About You: Highly organised, efficient, and responsive. Solutions-focused with attention to detail in high-pressure environments. Proactive with a can-do attitude, willing to exceed expectations. Discreet and professional, handling confidential matters with care. Strong communication and administration skills, anticipating needs. Able to think creatively and contribute ideas, with a strong interest in entertainment and digital trends. Professional appearance and approach.
