An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our welcoming front-of-house team — but this role is about far more than answering phones and booking appointments.
We are looking for someone who will become the heart of our patient experience. From the very first phone call to the final goodbye, you'll guide patients through their journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and genuinely cared for.
