Main purpose of the Role
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of service charge accounting and the associated legislation. They must also have a proven ability to work on their own initiative, excellent organisational skills and a pro‑active approach to their daily tasks and be expected to develop the role as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities
* Issuing of demands for service charges and ground rents
* Entering and maintaining annual budgets for service charges
* Chasing arrears and liaising with solicitors for legal action
* Bank reconciliation
* Invoice entry and contractor payments
* Preparation of year end summaries for accountantsConfirmation statements and stock transfers
* Collection and monitoring of management and administration fees
* Supporting the block managers day to day admin
* Issuing consultation notices and collating observations
* Full TPI training will be provided to the right candidate
