Professional Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Degree level or equivalent qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience
2. Evidence of continued professional development.
Desirable criteria
3. Professional or management qualification
4. Prince 2 Foundation / Practitioner
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
5. Knowledge of RTT and inpatient length of stay performance
6. Knowledge of intermediate excel functions to pull and analyse relevant data
7. Budget management experience, including managing costs, monitoring and determining corrective action
Desirable criteria
8. Experience of presenting at meetings and MDT events to senior staff
Skills, Abilities and Experience
Essential criteria
9. Ability to analyse and interpret data and statistics e.g. activity trends, financial data
10. Ability to prioritise effectively in the face of competing demands and work under pressure to strict deadlines
11. Strong leadership, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and engage individuals and team
