As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take a strategic leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and holistic care are consistently delivered. What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Health, Social Care, Social Work, Nursing (RGN/RMN), or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' management experience in supported living, domiciliary care or care home setting
Strong clinical leadership and confident regulatory knowledge (Care Inspectorate or equivalent)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with care planning, auditing, HRIS, and medication management systems
Outstanding communication, planning and organisational skills
