Vacancy Description: Paralegal – Personal Injury Department Location: Middleton Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch) Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
We have a vacancy for a Paralegal to work in our Personal Injury Department at our Middleton Office.
A full clean driving license is essential together with a car for business use.
Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.
Job role Duties
* Inputting data on the RTA Portal
* Assisting a Fee Earner
* Meeting and greeting clients.
* Answering incoming calls and emails/enquiries and, if necessary, directing them to the relevant individual
* Booking appointments
* Clerical duties involving sorting post, faxing, filing and scanning
* Legal administration support such as opening files, typing and other legal and office administration support as required
Skills Required
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Previous Personal Injury experience is preferred but not essential
* Case Management System experience is preferred but not essential
* Excellent keyboard and IT skills
* Organisational skills with ability to prioritise
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
GCSE level at Grade C and above (or equivalent) in the main academic subjects such as English and Maths.
