You will play a pivotal role in owning and evolving customer demand management and supply chain processes, making sure everything flows smoothly from customer orders through to on time delivery. This is a role with real responsibility and the chance to drive improvements across sales forecasting, supplier partnerships, ERP best practices, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning).
Leading supplier relationship management and performance improvement initiatives
Coaching teams and embedding ERP discipline across supply chain activities
Has solid experience in demand planning, supply chain, or production management
Loves driving process improvements and coaching others to raise standards
