Embedded Software Engineer – Milton Keynes – Flexible Hybrid WFH • £50,000 - £60,000
KO2's client is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join their R&D team. This is a hybrid working role with the client's office based in Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities
* Embedded C development on bare-metal systems
* Control software for digitally managed power supplies
* Ownership of either the PFC stage or inverter/DC stage microcontroller
* Collaborate closely with a Senior Embedded Software Engineer who will provide guidance and mentorship
Qualifications
* Strong Embedded C programming skills
* Experience with bare-metal and/or RTOS-based systems
* Interest in power-related or hardware-based products
* Ability to read electronic schematics and use lab equipment (bench power supply, oscilloscope)
* Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies
