Our client is an incredible high‑growth DTC beauty and wellness brand, entering its next major scale phase on a global level. The company has a single hero product with growth worldwide and a major focus in the US and they are looking for an CRM Manager to own and evolve the international CRM & lifecycle strategy. as part of wider and scaling marketing and creative team,
As CRM Manager you will see your legacy in an inhouse role scaling to £100m as part of a world-class marketing and creative team. You will lead the creation, implementation, and management of the company's global CRM strategy as well as execute the email marketing campaigns. With an incredible brand behind you, you will create and deliver lifecycle strategies that channel retention, maximise lifetime value and turn customers into dedicated fans. Using data, insight, and experimentation, you’ll continuously optimise how to engage and delight customers at every stage of their journey. The CRM Manager will also play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up in inboxes, push notifications, and beyond, ensuring communications feel personal, purposeful, and on brand.
Who are you?
* Curious, commercially minded, and always experimenting, you thrive on testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
* Solid experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, and retention‑driven roles.
* Highly analytical, able to turn data into clear strategy and meaningful action.
* Hands‑on expertise with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
* Able to collaborate confidently with internal teams to drive outcomes.
We are looking for a high‑ownership mindset to be part of this collaborative and passionate culture, working closely with a wider creative and marketing team. This role is 4 days per week in Central London with strong progression opportunities as the company scales. If you’re an experienced CRM Manager or CRM Lead with strong knowledge across ecommerce, DTC or retail we would love to hear from you!
