We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Midday Meal Supervisors to join a welcoming primary SEN school in the borough of Lambeth, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
Whether you're seeking flexible daily supply, a long-term assignment, or part-time work during school hours, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that puts pupils’ wellbeing and development first.
Roles available:
SEN Teaching Assistants (Daily supply & Long-term: 8.20am – 4pm)
* Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Assist with learning, behaviour, and emotional needs
* Help deliver sensory, therapeutic, and communication-based activities
* Support pupils with personal care
Midday Meal Supervisors (10am–2pm or 11:30am–2pm)
* Support children during lunch and playtime
* Encourage positive interaction and communication
* Provide assistance with feeding and mobility where needed
* Ensure safety and engagement in the dining hall and playground
We’re looking for:
* Experience working with children with ASD, SLD, or PMLD (school, care, or community settings)
* A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
* Willingness to support with personal care and mobility
* A strong team player with a genuine passion for SEN
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
