We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager (Junior to Mid Level) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in construction management who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a dynamic project environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards
* Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project accuracy
* Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
* Assist in procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration
* Conduct site visits and inspections to track progress and resolve issues
* Maintain project documentation and records
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management
* Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
* Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Desirable Skills
* Experience managing small to medium-sized projects independently
* Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., JCT, NEC, or similar)
* Knowledge of cost control and budgeting
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
