Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
* Address inquiries related to products, services, and policies promptly and professionally.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to support ongoing improvements.
* Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service delivery and implement client solutions.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and relevant assistance.
* Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
* Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
* Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
