As a Sales Membership Consultant, you will work alongside your team to meet monthly membership goals for sales and growth, focusing on data and revenue.
The Role
* Act as the point of contact for members, elevating their experience at every touchpoint. Address member inquiries and uphold high standards of administration and support.
* Create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club, from front of house duties to providing new member visits.
* Take ownership of your membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention, and growth each month.
* Ensure all activity targets are met to achieve desired net growth.
* Tailor membership offerings to meet individual needs and expand corporate memberships within the club's locality.
* Advise on activities related to Exercise Experience and Virgin Active products.
* Support smooth club operations and consistently provide exceptional customer service.
* Take on Duty Shift responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication, and leading by example in club management.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-centric, target-driven role is desirable but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills that make you approachable to members, prospects, and colleagues.
